Our passenger's comfort and enjoyment is always our top priority, and we want your vacation to be filled with memories to cherish. Our trips are flexible and we cater to special requests and needs. You can stay on the bus and rest if you want to skip an attraction.

PICK-UPS:
Tours originate at various pick-up locations in Wichita. Cindy will notify you of your pickup location.  Scheduled in-route pick-ups are sometimes available.

Jim and Cindy personally escort all tours,  unless otherwise stated.
Extra Amenities - Cindy serves fresh donuts, bagels and cream cheese, fruit juice and coffee on the bus our first morning out. We furnish pop, water, crackers, peanuts, cookies, pretzels, chocolate, granola bars, hard candy, and sugarless candy throughout our trips at no extra cost.
Amenities Included in Tour Price - These are stated in individual trip pricing information.  Every tour includes transportation, admission to most attractions, specified meals, hotel accommodations, luggage handling of one piece of normal-sized luggage per person; unless otherwise stated. You must handle your carry-on bag.
CLOTHING:
Wear comfortable, casual clothing and good walking shoes.  Also we suggest you bring some clothing for layering in case of a change in weather.  We will notify you of any occasions which might require dress up apparel.  Also you might want to bring your swimming suit for the swimming pools at many of the hotels.
 
RATES & FINAL PAYMENTS: 
Single, Triple, & Quad Rates:
All tour book prices are based on double occupancy. Call for single, or 3 to 4 people
occupancy price. 
Final Payment:  3-12 weeks before the tour departure date, you will receive an itinerary with pick up times and locations, luggage tags, and telephone numbers of hotels.  Final tour payment is due at that time, unless otherwise stated on a specific trip.
 
IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL:  We realize that circumstances may cause you to have to cancel your trip plans.  If you must cancel, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer your seat to someone else.   
Cancellation Fee and Refunds: 
One Day Trips -  If cancellation is 2 days, or less, of departure, we ask that you find some-one to replace you or else you must forfeit your payment in order to cover expenses. 
Multi-Day Trips - If cancellation is 30 days, or less, of departure, we ask that you find someone to replace you.  Otherwise we will endeavor to refund any money we can recoup from hotels, attractions, transportation, etc. You will forfeit money we can't recoup plus a 10% cancellation fee.  (This is why purchasing insurance is SO IMPORTANT!) 
International and Fly Trips - Cancellation fee
Up to 16 Weeks Prior to Departure - NO CHARGE, unless non-refundable deposits or pre-payments have been paid out on your behalf. 
Within 16 Weeks Prior to Departure: Up to 100% - where applicable we will endeavor to recoup any payment made to sup-pliers and to negotiate the maximum refund possible. 
Cruises - Cancellation fees and refunds vary with each cruise.
OPTIONAL INSURANCE:
Cindy will take care of all your insurance paperwork and claims. If you have any questions regarding the optional insurance, feel free to call Cindy or Judy for assistance.

We offer trip cancellation / interruption insurance and highly recommend you purchase this insurance.It protects you for losses due to cancellation and / or sickness and accident.If cancellation becomes necessary, Jim & Cindy's Tours will refund the money to you that is returned to us from vendors, such as lodging, attractions, transportation, and etc. Most vendors will not refund money after a certain deadline. The insurance covers this money we can't get back. While no one expects to cancel or interrupt a trip, or incur costs due to emergency medical expense or lost luggage, our experience proves these events do occur frequently. This not only includes you and your traveling companion, but if a family member is sick and prevents you from going, or you have to return home, it covers that also. However, passengers and covered family members must be medically able to travel at the time deposit is made. You must take out insurance within fifteen days of your initial deposit to waive any pre-existing medical conditions. The insurance may be purchased at the time of final payment, but pre-existing conditions will not be covered in the policy. The cost is minimal compared to the rest of your vacation. You are not obligated to buy insurance from us, if you have another company you would prefer.

Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Jim & Cindy's Tours is not responsible for baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours or trips arranged by us. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
